Guest Ratings & Reviews
From the exceptional reception staff to the beautiful rooms, the hotel offers a top-notch experience. However, it was disrupted by inconsiderate noise late at night. The historical charm of the building adds to its appeal.
I absolutely loved the hotel's central location, surrounded by museums and top shopping spots. The rooms had a unique charm, but I was disappointed that mine wasn't ready upon arrival. However, the warm ambiance made up for it. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff, although there was a small hiccup with my booking that wasn't resolved in my favor. Dining was a bit pricey but good overall. The facilities were great, even though the air conditioning struggled in my room.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with an amazing panoramic view of Stedelijk Museum. The service is professional and welcoming, providing thoughtful personal touches. The location is perfect for museum visits and dining experiences, although navigation might be tricky at first. The dining options are superb, with a delicious menu, especially during breakfast. Despite some initial room issues, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a VIP experience.
The hotel is centrally located, offering easy access to top attractions like the Van Gogh Museum while providing a comfortable stay. The rooms, although equipped with only coffee, feature Floris products but lack natural ventilation, requiring air conditioning even in winter. The service is mixed, with some staff members being welcoming and helpful, while others lack communication skills. The dining experience offers a delicious breakfast spread but can become repetitive. Overall, the hotel's historic beauty is somewhat overshadowed by modern renovations.
